Cannot bring up accout or contact info in outlook bcm

Help... Just started today and creates a serious problem for me.

Hi Jerry

Check if Business Tools is avaliable and try clearing the cache under tools
options > other > advanced > custom forms > select each form and the clear

HI I also am getting this error message - everything works fine then you go
to look at the business contact and I get same error message. I tried your
suggestion regading the cache but it still does not open the information.
This is the 2nd time this has occured and I do not know why.

last time I had to reinstall the CD as if to reinstall the enitre office
suite. Please help. why does it occur and to how to fix it?

Hi

Can you go to start > run > regedit > HKLM > Software > Microsoft > Office >
Outlook > Addin and check if you have an entry which say Outlook E crm addin
