cannot brint to front a picture in word

I cannot brint to front a picture after I send it to
back.I use in word 2002

On the Drawing toolbar, click on the Select Objects tool (big white arrow at
the left end). This will enable you to select objects behind the text.

Using graphics in tables can be problematic, especially in older versions of
Word. See http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/graphics_on_labels.htm
