Cannot change the office assistant

I am using Office 2003 in Windows Vista on a new extremely fast computer
with enough memory to run the national grid, but every time I try and change
the office assistant to the Cat, it tells me I do not have enough memory.
This is obviuosly to do with Vista and not the fact that I do not have
enough memory. Does anyone know a solution to this please, would be
grateful if anyone does. Not a life and death situation, but I just like
having the cat !!

To make sure it works, when you launch the Command Prompt, you must
right-click on it and select Run as Administrator. Otherwise it will appear
to work but it won't.
