Occassionaly a project will not check in. When I go to the force check in, I
go to check it but it doesn't check in. When I look at the queue, it says
waiting to be processed. I am the owner of these projects and once they are
closed, I can only open them again r/o. I tried deleting one of them from
the database but it tells me that the project is checked out and it can't be
deleted. Any advise?
