Cannot click links in mail messages

When clicking onm a link in an email message, nothing
happens. It used to work fine but for some reason now
does not... Can anyone please help me determine and fix
the problem.

Solution:
Goto Tools | Options | Security | Change Automatic Downloads Settings, then uncheck the first inbox.

Thanks for the response but....

This is Outlook 2000. There is not any Auto Download
Settings on the Security tab.... Any other ideas...
