cannot close file "service.cnf"

My FrontPage discussion webpage is doing strange things. When I try to
connect through FrontPage I get this error:
cannot close file "service.cnf"
New replies are either empty or combine the very first post with the latest.
The formatting is gone in the frame that contains the posts or replies. The
theme is gone also.
Old posts read fine.
I am waiting to hear from my domain host but because the weekend is here I
may not until next week. Is there anything I can do at my end.
Thanks...

This very thing happened to me just this morning. According to the MS
Knowledgebase, you have exceeded the space allocated by your ISP for your
web site. After deleting some files on the website, I don't get that error
anymore. Note that you have to open the actual website while in FrontPage
to delete the files. Alternatively, you could ask your ISP to increase the
size of your website.
