When I run the Inbox repair tool on Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook, I follow
the correct path to select SCANPST.EXE. When starting the scan, an error
message appears indicating it cannot locate the file. Close Outlook or any
mail related programs and try again. No programs are running except the
Inbox repair tool.
When I try to run the scan on the SCANOST.EXE file, it cannot locate it?
Path is c:\program files\systems\MSMAPI\1033.
OS is XP Pro
