Cannot connect to MS Project Server 2007 from MS Project Professional2007

We installed a fresh copy of MS Windows Server 2007 and Sharepoint
Services V3. After the installation, I can connect to the Server via
PWA but when I tried to connect from MS Project Pro 2007, I could not.
I verified the URL and the connection is good.

I have no idea where to go next?

Microsoft has discontinued the use of this newsgroup in favor of
forums.

While you may catch the eye of one of the server gurus here, it's
more likely you'll catch one of them on the forums.
