Cannot connect to Project Server 2003 from Project Professional 20

When I am trying to connect MS Project Server 2003 from a MS Project
Professional 2003.I get a dailog box displaying "Cannot Connect".
Project was unable to establish a connection with the selected project server.
What should i do.I have created a Project server account.
