Cannot connect to Project Server

Hi all,
I have installed Project 2002 server with sharepoint team
services included on a Win2k3 server. I have also
installed SQL 2000 on a different Win2k3 server.

I cannot launch the project server page to perform
administration. I can however, login to the sharepoint
team services and administer it.

Is there something additional that needs to be installed?
