"Cannot contact provisioning server" error & NOD32

Back in March someone identified this error as a problem between Groove and
NOD32, but there was no detail given about how to fix it. I am geting this
"alert" message and run NOD32. Can I tweak NOD32 to get network communication
to work properly? Thanks.
