"cannot copy Frontpage to itself"

was going to update a few pages on my site and went to publish and got this
message.. "cannot copy Frontpage to itself. please choose a different
location" i only have one website..

Are you working on the actual remote site? If so, you would get that error.
There is nothing to publish to, since you are working and saving live.
