One of our users reports that he cannot copy a contact in the Global
Address Book to his Outlook Contacts.
It seems to be a client issue, because this is only reported on his
workstation.
What could be wrong? What would you advise to fix this, except re-
imaging the workstation? (standard solution for problems that take
more than 0.5h)
