When my Outlook 2000 closes and attempts to vreate a backup, I am
consistently receiving the follow error message." Cannot copy mailbox: the
process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion
of the file."
I am unable to determine what other process is or could be causing this.
Does anyone have any ideas or solutions?
