Cannot covert trial to full version

Purchased a new laptop with trial version of MS Office 2007 Professional.

I'm trying to convert the trial to the full licensed version. Using the
Activation Wizard, it takes me to a MS web page - asks for country - select
United States - the next page says "You have experienced an error. Clear all
your cookies and try again."

Clearing the cookies does not help.

How can I convert to the full version?

Go to Amazon.com and purchase it from them. It'll save you a few bucks plus
you'll have the disks in case you need to reinstall.
