Cannot create Database Diagrams in Visio 2003 on Windows Xp Pro x6

Just wanted to let you know of an issue I am having with MS Visio 2003 on my
Windows XP x64 system when trying to create database diagrams.

The Visio Program simply hangs after you specify that you want to create a
database Model. I did some searching on the internet and found the following
posting (http://www.mcse.ms/archive191-2006-1-2013934.html) which describes
my exact issue and how they felt about it.

I even tried "repairing" my Visio installation under the "Add / Remove
Programs" tool.

If you search the net the workaround is to stop the spooler. This is
definitely a bug and still exists in Visio 2007 Beta2TR1.
