I recently wiped my c-drive clean and started over. I
saved everything to cd and re-installed it. After the re-
install all files were read-only. I have fixed that
everywhere I could find it, but Front Page still claims
that 30 of my web page files do not exist when I try to
publish. In Reports it says "cannot create file
c:\mydocuments\mywebs\wtpe\_vti_pvt\doctodep.btr
(permission denied"
What does this mean and how can I fix it?
