Cannot Create New or Save Existing Project

Downloaded trial version of Project on two different computers. Works fine
on first computer, cannot create a new project or save an existing project on
second computer. Ran diagnostics under help as mentioned in earlier post,
deleted global.mpt and restarted as mentioned in same post. Still cannot
create new or save existing project. Any ideas?
