cannot create the MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments site

Hi,

Whenever we run the sharepoint configuration wizard for
project server 2003 we keep getting the following error message about
not being able to create the MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments site.

The error is.

Sharepoint configuration wizard cannot create the
MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments site with the template
that you have selected. You must use the project workspace
template......Ensure that the template has been installed
into the correct directory and run the wizard again..

Can you tell us what order did you install Project Server and the
supporting components/software?

i installed windows 2003 standard edition +SP1+updates
IIS 6.0
WSS, also have installed SP after getting described error
Ran wss config wizard, got error described below.
installed Project 2003 enterprise, and ran config wizard but same problem
Credentials are OK
system on Domain

More questions...

Can you access the WSS site directly?
Can you access and login to PWA?
Are you using the same language for your software installations?
Have you created 2 web sites in IIS?
One for Project Server, the other for WSS
