Cannot delete files in Personal Folder

I have all my emails organised in my Favourite folder. To prepare for a file
transfer to another computer, I have to put everything in my Personal folder
but it doesn't allow me to delete some files in the personal folder and I get
the message "not authorized", although there is nobody else but me on the
computer. What can I do?

Can you be more explicit in describing your configuration? What version of
Outlook? What account type? What do you mean by "organized in your Favourite
folder"? How did you "put everything in my Personal folder"?
