Cannot delete message from Outbox

There is a message stuck in the Outbox. It has an
attachment too large for the SMTP server. However, if I
try to delete the message from the Outbox or if I try to
move it to another folder, I get an error message "MAPI
Spooler has already started sending this message." Any
ideas on how I can kill this message? Thanks.
