Cannot delete or move email in Outlook 2002

I have a message in the Outbox that cannot be sent,
deleted, or moved. I am using O-2002 with a dial-up to
AT&T. Whenever I try to delete or move the message, an
error comes up stating that the message has been
corrupted and restarting Outlook 'might' restore the
message. It doesn't. I can send and receive other
messages, but this one still shows itself in the Outbox
as 'unsent' and every time I close out of Outlook it says
I have a message still 'unsent'. Can anyone help?
Thanks and Happy Holidays.
