cannot delete or move some messages from the Inbox

I cannot delete or move some messages from the Inbox. I can move and delete some but not the others
Please help.

I had similar problem but in Sent Items folder, using OL2002. Look in Help for Inbox Repair Tool, it will guide you to scanpst.exe, a repair tool for your .pst file. it worked for me.
