cannot delete reminder as original meeting deleted

I have a reminder that keeps popping up for a series of meetings that has
been deleted. When dismiss the reminder it says I can't as it can't find the
original source. Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders switch?
