cannot download attachment from office2003

I cannot download attachment from email..it says "destination server is
unavailable"
I did download office 2007 but attachment is from office 1997/2003. is this
why?

No. That isn't an Office issue, it has to to with server that has your mail
before you open it. Could it be too large for your server to handle? Perhaps
you need to contact your ISP about this.
