Cannot download e-mail

Hello
I've a Win2k SP4 machine with Outlook 2000. Since some weeks most of
the time I can't download e-mails from the mail server. Sometimes it
works (very rare). I did not change anything nor I installed anything.
Do you have a hint?

Are u getting any error message?, are you using POP/SMTP emails? are you
able to send? Did you contact your ISP?

I've an update: If an other user login on this machine (with another
roaming profile) then it works. So the problem is somewhere in the
profile properties from outlook. But where? Do you have an idea?

What happens when you try? Do you receive any error messages? If so, what
do they say? Have you enabled logging to see if you can isolate the
problem? (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=240347) Does Event Viewer show
anything?
