How to Download e-mails from User Created Folders

Hello:

I have e-mails on a Linux Mail Server of about 300 MB. I configured
Outlook 2007 and was able to download emails from "Inbox". However, I
am unable to download emails from use created folders such as -
Folder1, Folder2 etc
How to download emails from Folder1, Folder2, etc.

Also, I have "Checked" Leave Copy of e-mail on Server but Microsoft
Outlook has deleted the same. Why any idea ?
