Every time I turn on my computer, and subsequently,
Microsoft Word, I get a message from Windows Installer
that it is preparing to install files. However, nothing
is ever installed. There is always a message that says
that windows was unable to install. Ever since this
started, I have not been able to download documents to
Word from email nor the internet. How do I resolve this?
