Since my automatic update of Office 2003 keeps failing. I tried to download the update using the following link provided in the KnowledgeBase article # 828041.
the Client version of the Office 2003 Critical Update: KB828041 package now.
However, I am stuck in file download mode for several hours.
My reason for the update is that I cannot open many PowerPoint files that I can open using Office 2000.
Please help.
