Someone created a .ppt file with bubble charts, but now tries to edit the
data attached to the bubble chart and gets a 2003 component error asking to
debug, which doesnt debug if you click ok.
On my machine I can edit the file. I tried to run detect and repair on her
macine, to no avail.
