Cannot edit, create, reply, forward emails (Outlook 2007) in VISTA

It seems like I only have a read only access on my Outlook 07.

The majority of buttons that allows me to cretae or edit messages is ghosted.

Please help!

Did you activate Outlook? Does it happen as soon as you open outlook or just
after a period of use?
