cannot edit project properties in pwa

Hi all, on my msproject server 2007 on the pwa i cannot menage the
"edit project properties" this is disabled, how can i enable this
feature agian?? At the beginning was enabled..

Log in with admin rights and reenable it. It's a category security setting.
