Cannot enter text

Robert Runkel

A friend of mine has a copy of Microsoft Word 2002 (which I installed for
him), and he cannot enter any text into a Microsoft document. It says
something about a previous user setting it to read-only. However, there was
no previous User? What can he/I do?
