Cannot fax direct from Access.

I have just had a new computer installed with
WinXP/MediaCentre2005.

Previously I could fax directly from Access2003
reports, but now I can't.

The system works because I can fax directly from a
text message, though not from Word2003 either.

In the printers & faxes section of setup there are
no faxes spooled either.

Can someone help me with this?
