Hi All!
My fax is setup. I can fax from my computer to the fax machine. I can fax
from any application. My problem is faxing from Access. When I fax the
report the resolution is decreased. The customer ends up with four pages
instead of the one page I sent. I have uninstalled the printer and the fax
driver and reinstalled the printer and the fax driver. I have contacted the
fax machine vendors, they say it is not their problem. They say it is an
Access problem. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone ran into this
problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
