cannot find a function that should be in my program

there is no shadow setting on format tab in my pub 2003. have looked on all
tabs and in all sub files.

Posted the question also--they said (as did help)that shadow styles (or
settings)would be on the format tab.

Not there or anywhere else....Any ideas?

Right-click anywhere on the toolbar, click shadow settings.
