cannot find a way to change auto response

I have an auto response that I need to change but I cannot find a way to do
it. I should go to Tools - out of office assistant - but there is no
out-of-office-assistant. I am using Outlook Version 2007 and XP. Thank you
for your help.

Out of office is only for exchange server email accounts. if you don't use
exchange, you'd do it using a Rule or configure it using your ISPs web mail.
