Cannot find Duplicate emails patch for Outlook 2003

I am looking for Office2003-kb885243-glb.exe which MS article #885243 states
will solve the issue of duplicate emails being downloaded to a POP account
when the option to leave a copy of messages on the server is enabled. I am
unalbe to find the patch and iw opuld like to know if anyone can tell me
where to find it.

The KB article tells you how to get it. You have to call Microsoft and tell
them you need it.

Haha, you call them daily? Last time I called the Dutch Support I still
didn't need to make choices to get the right person on the line. I received
the link to the hotfixes within the hour
