Cannot find Exchange Server on Outlook 2003

I have up graded Microsoft Office 2003 from Office 2000 and everything was
OK. OUtlook the email client was working well with Office 2000 until I change
to to Outlook 2003

A system component, RPC. is required by Outlook to connect to the
emailserver is not configured properly.

I'ver checked the services and BOTH RPC' are started but still I get this
problem.

Any Ideas???
