Cannot Find File

For some reason when I try to open a document I get an
error that says Cannot find file then shows the location
of the document. However, I am clicking the actual
document in Windows Explorer so I know it's there.
Furthermore, when I save a Word document on a disk and
then I try to reopen it gives me the error. However, when
I open the document on another computer it opens the file
fine. I run Windows 2000 with Office XP.

Any help would be appreciated.
