I don't seem to have picture manager even though I reloaded windows XP
professional with the option for "complete." When I look under "microsoft
office tools I don't see it as an option. It doesn't show up when I search
for it. When I have a picture opened in the default veiwer, and I click
"edit" it opens the picture up I "paint" What is wrong and where is microsoft
picture manager? I cant even find it on the E drive when I have the office XP
disk loaded. Please help!

First: Picture Manager is not part of Windows. It's part of Office.

Second: Have you tried right clicking on a picture and selecting Open With?
What options are you given?

One other bit of potentially useful information is that I have access to all
f the other tools (powerpoint, word, access, etc.)

Picture Manager came with Office 2003 and 2007. It wasn't around in 2002
for Office XP.
