Cannot find source of preinstalled software

My startup lost it's hard drive, it became scrambled, so I reloaded Windows,
resulting in the desktop being the brand new appearance, C\\: still has all
my documents but I cannot find my preloaded software. Dell does not offer
the software, only sends me to MS. I am pretty sure my Microsoft Office
still exist on my drive C, I just can't find it ( Start... Search.. etc...)

Are you positive that you don't have Office CDs? If so, there is another MVP
who is looking into these issues.
