Cannot find specified file

When opening a JPG attachment from Outlook, error message
comes up saying it cannot find the specified file.
If they attachment is saved to the desktop and opened
from there, it works fine.

Anybody have any ideas?

Usually caused by a full Temporary Internet Files cache or something going
on in the Outlook-specific folder in that cache. Try emptying your
Temporary Internet Files.
