Miss troubled
Hi Guys,
I have an issue when I try to open word or excel documents through outlook
or Windows explorer it will load Excel or word but it doesnt open the
document. Just loads a blank document or blank spreadsheet.
I then get an error saying "cannot find the file specified" Any help would
be appreciated.
The only way to open the document is to first launch Excel or word and then
try the file which will successfully open.
