cannot find the path specified

Sometimes when I double click on an incoming e-mail
attachment I receive the error message, "The system
cannot find the path specified." This happens with a
variety of files--.pdf, .doc, etc.--but not all the time.

Also, when I add an attachment to an outgoing e-mail, I
cannot open the attachment by double-clicking on it
before I send it. I am able to do this in Outlook Express
but not in Outlook 2002.

Any ideas for an easy fix? Thanks.
