I have installed BCM for Outlook 2003. The first time it repeadetly crashed
Outlook, so I uninstalled it, the reinstalled it. Now Outlook starts OK but I
cannot find BCM in Outlook. I can access the Help file and the tours show
that there should be a new Menu item 'Business Tools' but theis does not
exist.
