I cannot get my Canon D660U scanner to use the PREVIEW mode when trying to
scan.... The CS 2.5 toolbox will not let me use the PREVIEW mode thus not
letting the scanner do it's job.... and I get the message that I need to
download the driver again.....
I called Canon and had almost a 4 hr phone call with the tech.... they tried
everything and could not get the Driver to operate.... It loads just fine...
but will not operate.... They told me to contact Microsoft and ask them
what's up with this?
