Cannot get remote workgroup computer to linked to shared database.

I have jumped thru all of the hoops on Microsoft Troubleshooting.... Any
help? I am on a small workgroup trying to link to shared database. All
systems are running BCM 07... I am getting the error: Cannot access the
shared database on SHAUNSPC. For more information click Help.
