We are working in Project Server 2007 and Excel 2003. A user customized the
Tasks list in SharePoint and received the message when exporting to Excel. I
wasn't able to pinpoint the specific field causing the error so I created a
new list from scratch with the same out of box and custom fields. I didn't
receive the message again. Most of the posts I saw on other blogs didn't
have a specific fix other than to delete the field and recreate it. I
haven't seen this on any hot fix list either so I was wondering if anyone
else had any additional infomation on a cause and other fix.
