Cannot Import Nwetscape 7.0 mail messages to Outlook Express 6

I was able to do the Address book without a problem butthis is proving to be
a challenge. When I attempt to import the messages into OE6 I geta message
teling me that the folder does not exist or is in use. However, I do not have
Netscape turned on. I've looked all over the web for an answer to this and
have not been able to find one. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
